We never use subpar ingredients or decrease your IV vitamin dosages to save on costs. Along with our IV services, we offer concierge virtual and mobile urgent care, including mobile flu, strep, covid, and UTI testing, and non-narcotic medications. Our experienced nurses and healthcare providers take your health history and individual needs into account to ensure the best possible care.

Jessica Dutton, APRN-CNP, MSN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her BSN with honors from Oklahoma City University and her MSN from Maryville University. She has a diverse background including ICU, PACU, inpatient nephrology, and experience in IV hydration, telemedicine, and urgent care. Jessica is passionate about providing high-quality patient care at EliteCareIV and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching movies.

With over 18 years of nursing experience, Brooklyn brings a diverse background in pediatrics, urgent care, wound care, and IV infusions. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care in a concierge setting, ensuring each patient receives focused, one-on-one attention.

Shelly Ballard graduated from Connors State University with her nursing degree in 2009. After working in the nursing field, she pursued her BSN degree at Northeastern State University. She then graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Graceland University in 2016. She also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University. She has cared for patients across the lifespan and has a passion for providing holistic care and focusing on root cause medicine. She is a member of the AANP and is certified by the Obesity Medicine Association.

Shelly has been a nurse since 1998, starting her career as a nurse’s aide and home health aide. She has worked in a variety of fields including neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and worker’s compensation. Brandy is a dedicated nurse with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years serving the Oklahoma City and Edmond communities as an emergency room nurse. Her career reflects a strong commitment to growth and patient care, advancing from medical assistant to LPN to associate degree nurse, and ultimately earning her BSN from the University of Central Oklahoma.
In recent years, she has prioritized raising her daughters while remaining committed to her passion for nursing. She is grateful to have found EliteCareIV, where the flexibility allows her to balance both roles.

Christeena’s career reflects a strong foundation and steady progression. She began as a CNA, advanced to an LPN, and became a registered nurse in 2019. She graduated with her BSN in May of 2025 and currently works full-time as a float pool nurse, bringing diverse experience in ICU, acute care, home health, and hospice to the team.

In 2013, Jessie graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. She obtained her paramedic license from Johnson Community College in 2015, working on an ambulance crew in Leavenworth, KS, and spending three years as a paramedic for Community Hospital in Olathe, KS. She then pursued her nursing career, graduating from Research College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Most of Jessie’s RN experience has been in the Emergency Room.

With over 18 years of nursing experience, including early work in newborn care, Stephanie has spent the majority of her career (16 years) devoted to oncology nursing, a role she continues to serve in part-time. She is deeply passionate about providing personalized, one-on-one care and supporting individuals in feeling their best at every stage of their health journey. The ability to deliver mobile care brings a new level of accessibility and convenience to her patients.

Taylor is a full-time, high-risk Labor & Delivery nurse with over 5 years of nursing experience. She has extensive experience with IV placement and IV medication administration. She has been a valued part of the team at EliteCare IV since 2005.

Ty is a RN with hands-on experience delivering high-quality care to adult and geriatric populations in fast-paced clinical settings. She brings 14 years of nursing experience to our team. She is skilled in patient education, care coordination, and bedside clinical interventions, with a consistent focus on safety and outcomes. She brings additional value through teaching experience as a CNA instructor and ongoing advancement in a BSN program. Ty is a proud member of the OK Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Eastern Black Nurses Association, and National Black Nurses Association.
