At EliteCare IV, we prioritize your health and wellness by providing top-quality personalized IV hydration according to USP Standards.
Our goal is to deliver vitamins and minerals that promote optimal health outcomes without compromising on quality. We never use subpar ingredients or decrease your IV vitamin dosages to save on costs. Along with our IV services, we offer concierge virtual and mobile urgent care, including mobile flu, strep, covid, and UTI testing, and non-narcotic medications. Our experienced nurses and healthcare providers take your health history and individual needs into account to ensure the best possible care.
The owners at EliteCare IV are passionate about bringing quality healthcare to you. You shouldn’t have to wait in waiting rooms for inconsistent results and be exposed to more germs at urgent care centers. We are happy to provide this missing link in healthcare.

Jessica Dutton, APRN-CNP, MSN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her BSN with honors from Oklahoma City University and her MSN from Maryville University. She has a diverse background including ICU, PACU, inpatient nephrology, and experience in IV hydration, telemedicine, and urgent care. Jessica is passionate about providing high-quality patient care at EliteCareIV and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching movies.

With over 18 years of nursing experience, Brooklyn brings a diverse background in pediatrics, urgent care, wound care, and IV infusions. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care in a concierge setting, ensuring each patient receives focused, one-on-one attention.

Shelly, RN, BSN, APRN-CNP

Shelly Ballard graduated from Connors State University with her nursing degree in 2009. After working in the nursing field she pursued her BSN degree at Northeastern State University. She then graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University in 2016. She also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University. She has cared for patients across the lifespan and has a passion for providing holistic care and focusing on root cause medicine.

She has been a nurse since 1998, after starting her career as a nurse’s aide and home health aide. She has worked in a variety of fields including neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and worker’s compensation. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care to all of her patients, going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.

- Certified ER nurse with ALS training
Brandy is a dedicated nurse with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years serving the Oklahoma City and Edmond communities as an emergency room nurse. Her career reflects a strong commitment to growth and patient care, advancing from medical assistant to LPN to associate degree nurse, and ultimately earning her BSN from the University of Central Oklahoma.
In recent years, she has prioritized raising her daughters while remaining committed to her passion for nursing. She is grateful to have found EliteCareIV, where the flexibility allows her to balance both roles.
Brandy is excited to be part of the team, build meaningful relationships with clients, and deliver personalized, high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs.

In 2013 Jessie graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelors degree in Life Sciences.
In 2015 Jessie got her paramedic license from Johnson Community College. She was a paramedic on an ambulance crew in Leavenworth, KS. Followed by 3 years of being a paramedic for Community Hospital in Olathe, KS. She then pursued her nursing career.
She graduated from Research College in 2020 with a bachelor of science in Nursing.
Most of Jessie’s RN experience in the Emergency Room. She has over 5 years of experience in nursing.

Taylor is a full time high risk Labor & Delivery nurse. She has over 5 years of nursing experience. She has
experience with IV placement, IV medication administrations. She has been a part of our team at

- 14 years of clinical experience
- Member of: OK Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Eastern Black Nurses Association, National Black Nurses Association.
Ty is a RN with hands-on experience delivering high quality care to adult and geriatric populations in fast-paced clinical settings. She brings 14 years of nursing experience to our team. She is skilled in patient education, care coordination, and bedside clinical interventions, with a consistent focus on safety and outcomes. She brings additional value through teaching experience as a CNA instructor and ongoing advancement in a BSN program.
