To ensure you get the most out of our program, call your insurance company before booking an appointment to find out what weight loss medications are covered by your plan without prior authorization. If your insurance covers medications, make sure to write them down for your provider and book the Weight Loss – Insurance Covered option.
At EliteCare, our prescribed medications consist of drugs like Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy and Ozempic. We refrain from prescribing any controlled substances, including phentermine.
